If you find that you cannot afford to buy your dream home in your desired location consider more affordable adjacent suburbs.

This is just a quick note to say thank you once again for your help in obtaining a new home loan for us.

We were grateful for your efforts and the fact that you made everything seem so easy.

When you are buying and selling a home, particularly when you have young children, you simply don’t have the time to research everything yourself and speak to the various banks etc.  The fact that you did all of that for us, obtained the best deal possible, gave us practical advice based on our situation, and came out to our home at a time that suited us was fantastic.

We’ve used brokers before but have never received the same level of service that you offered.  I think most importantly, we were impressed by the follow-up after settlement (even remembering that it was Alan’s birthday on the day we moved!) and the fact that you were happy to explain and clarify any issues at that point as well.  It wasn’t just a case of deal done, move on to the next “sale”!
